Francisco leads operations and property management, with over ten years of experience navigating every layer of the Portuguese real estate market. He works closely with tenants, condominium administrations, insurers and credit brokers, investors, buyers, and sellers, and coordinates a trusted network of professionals covering repairs, construction, and ongoing property maintenance.
Luís is responsible for on-site maintenance and repairs, carrying out inspections and technical work with care and precision. His hands-on involvement ensures issues are addressed efficiently and that properties are consistently kept in good working order.
Elena oversees digital and creative operations, with expertise in design, marketing, and client and supplier coordination. Her work supports Finch Nest’s day-to-day organisation, strengthens relationships with third-party service providers, and ensures the brand maintains a clear, polished presence both online and offline.
